9:00-10:00 a.m. Open Session for entire Panel to discuss methodology

10:00-12:00 noon Subgroups work in breakout rooms

12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch at the Kenan Center

1:00-2:30 p.m. Subgroup work continues

2:30-3:00 p.m. Break

3:00-4:30 p.m. Open Session for entire panel to discuss subgroup progress and coordination of subgroup agendas

4:30 p.m. Transportation back to Carolina Inn

6:15 p.m. Assemble in the Carolina Inn lobby for transportation to reception and dinner

6:30-9:00 p.m. Reception and dinner on UNC campus

9:00 p.m. Transportation back to Carolina Inn
